Let’s take a look.
Fixing issue by killing services from the task manager and using Anti-virus
Step 1: Right-click on the taskbar and select “Task Manager” from the options.
Step 2: On the task manager you should select the “details” tab. Here you can see the list of services that are curranty working on your PC.
Step 3: From that list, you have to search for the service named “svchost.exe”.
Note: you will find several of services with the exact name “svchost.exe”, but you have to locate the one with the username of your computers name, in this case, the name of the PC is “Teja”. Now you have to note down the PID number of that service.
(If you have more than one service with this specification, note the PID of all those.)
Step 4: Now go to the star menu and search “cmd” and run the command prompt as administrator from the results.
Step 5: In the command prompt type down “taskkill /f /PID (PID number you noted down in our it was 9632)” and click enter.
Step 6: Now open the browser and go to the site https://www.malwarebytes.com and download the free version of the anti-virus.
Note: This is not a sponsored post, and we are not sure about other anti-viruses, anyways Malwarebytes solved our issue. You may try your anti-virus.
Step 7: Install the software on your PC, go through the on screen instructions.
